WPC was founded in 2007 as part of a nationwide pilot program within the U.S. Pony Club (USPC) to bring the USPC program to youth that do not have access to their own horse/pony. Our membership draws from a diverse metropolitan area and has been able to provide outdoor recreational and competition opportunities year-round.
WPC provides horses, instruction, and the opportunity to participate in USPC activities to children who do not own a horse. Our program follows USPC core values and focuses on education, safety, sportsmanship, and animal welfare. Our members learn not only how to ride a horse, but how to care for our horses as well as work as a team to build skills and character that translate to everyday life.
Tickets online in advance are $36 and $40 at the door. Your ticket purchase includes a donation to the Waredaca Pony Club along with:
· 1 Glass of wine
· Trivia Night (2 hours)
· $3 coupon towards any purchase for every ticket purchased (one per guest)
· Access to an amazing Silent Auction
· Commemorative wine label for each bottle purchase. Waredaca Pony Club receives $10.00 for every bottle purchased.
When you purchase any food, wine by the glass, and/or glasses of Lone Oak Farm Brewery beer, Waredaca Pony Club will receive 10% of all other purchases. Please bring friends, family and save your appetite for the event!
