New Year’s Eve “Wine & Dine” Pairing Event!

“Wine & Dine” with us this New Year’s Eve. Start the evening off with a glass of wine along with assorted cheeses. For the main course, we will be pairing:

Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce & Thai Crunch Lettuce with our Chenin Blanc
Whitefish with a Grilled Shrimp and Wasabi Mashed Potatoes with our Muller Thurgau
New York Strip with Fingerling Bacon and Onion Potatoes with our Barolo

Once we let the first pairings settle, we will then pair:

Amaretto Mascarpone Cheesecake with our Cranberry Shiraz
2 Chocolate Truffles with our Raspberry Chocolate Dessert Wine

Catered by GrillMarx Steakhouse & Raw Bar
